Warranty and Return Policy


ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All products sold by AirREX USA or its Authorized Distributors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used on car and light truck applications under normal operation conditions. We will warrant applicable air suspension components for the first year of purchase from the customer's receipt. Warranty claims will be honored only on items purchased from AirREX USA or its Authorized Distributors. Warranty claims or returns will not be honored for items that have been installed improperly and/or altered from original.

The warranty does not cover shock absorbers that are to be used in racing applications. Exterior finish on all AirREX USA products is not considered a valid warrantee; consumers are responsible for the maintenance of paint, powder coat, anodized, polished aluminum and/or chrome or plated finish. Rusted shock rods will be denied as a warranty claim; consumers are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the shock rods.

The consumer will be responsible for the removal and freight costs both to and from AirREX USA or the Authorized Distributor from which the product was originally purchased. Proof of purchase is mandatory in order to receive warranty replacement; original invoice from AirREX USA or the Authorized Distributor from which the product was purchased must accompany the product in question for warranty.

AirREX USA or its Authorized Distributors has the right to refuse a warranty claim if procedures are not met by the original consumer. All returns must have an R.M.A. approval from AirREX USA prior to shipping direct to the AirREX USA facility. Exclusions from this warranty are sales outside of the United States, the finish, dents, rust, or any condition caused by abnormal use or neglect.

No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customer's abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. All merchandise sold by AirREX USA is only subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if any, and are subject to the submission to the manufacturer for approval of repairs or replacement of merchandise. If you receive a defective item(s), please contact us for return details. Customer however will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience maybe included in any claims. There is no warranty on electrical parts and internal engine or turbo parts.

AirREX USA requires the installation of an air pressure gauge with all AirREX struts. Optimally, the gauge should read pressure at all four corners and the tank. An air pressure gauge is to help the driver know the pounds per square inch (psi) reading of each bag, this is to avoid too little or excessive air pressure while driving. Either too low or excessive air pressure can cause damage to the bags or air struts. Warranty will not cover any damages caused by excessively low or high bag pressure.

Check your state and local laws regarding the use of any of these parts on public roads. These parts are sold for off-road use only. Customer assumes all risk.

 

Return Policy

Returns on NEW products will be allowed only within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original sealable packaging. No return or exchange on scratched, or defaced items will be allowed. If items were installed or used in any way, it is NOT subject to our return policy.

You will be given a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number and must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside the return package. AirREX USA must receive all returns within 10 calendar days after the RMA number is issued. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A letter must accompany your return package with your written explanation and a contact email and phone number where we may be able to reach you.

It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation. All approved refunds will be paid by either credit card, PayPal or in ways of store credit in exchange of other products in equivalent value.

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.

Any shipments refused/rejected by the buyer's instructed shipping premise does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with AirREX USA for refused shipment. If the buyer decides to cancel the order based on this circumstance, all freight charges associated with the shipment and 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. If the buyer decides to continue the order, additional freight charge will be billed to the customer for the re-shipment.

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will reimburse the return freight charge and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you, we'll have emails to keep track of the items.

Any damaged shipment should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. AirREX USA will not initiate damage claims with the carrier. All shipment will be carefully packed and insulated before leaving our premise. If you must file for a damage claim, please do so within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. If ever so unfortunate that a shipment is lost, we will initiate the claim with the shipper for compensation. We shall reimburse a replacement product that was lost or refund only after the carrier's compensation.

We will hold and ship all back order items as soon as possible. If you wish to have the back order item canceled, please do so within the 48 hour period upon our email notification of the backorder. All back ordered items may not be canceled if it has already been ordered and shipped to us. If you must cancel back order items when the items were being directed to us, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
